While this may not appeal to everyone, I just had to share

2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted (I use Food Lion brand)
Laughing Cow wedge (I use Garlic and Herb)
Tbls of real bacon bits (I use Roseland from Aldi's)
2 slices tomato

Spread cheese on bread, sprinkle bacon bits, place slice of tomato. Yummy and filling and for me, only 203 calories and 8 fat:) Enjoy!

  • Hey, I'm so glad you posted this, I was trying to find something to have for lunch that's low in calories - it just so happens that I have all the ingredients too
    Cheers :drinker:

Yup, Laughing Cow is a soft cheese that comes in wedges in a wheel in the dairy department. Not sure if that description helps, lol. Check it out :)

I live in Maryland. I used to live in Austin, TX and don't remember seeing any Aldi's around, but you never know:)
