Hi everyone,
I recently bought a bottle of these pills and was wondering if anyone out there have taken these pills before. If so what are the side effects if anyone had any. I've been working out a lot and my eating habits are way better then before. So if anyone can give me and additional information about these pills i would really appreciated it.
Thanks

See if you can return them? You wasted your money.
Basically the below ingredients could be found by cooking with healthy oils..and eating almonds and salmon. There is not even an attempt at a logical reason for how this would burn "belly fat".
Serving Size 1 Capsule
Servings Per Container 120
Amount Per Serving % DV
Safflower Oil (80% CLA) 500.00 mg **
Omega 3 Fish Oil (18/12) 150.00 mg **
Borage Oil (20% GLA) 75.00 mg **
Flax Seed oil (50% ALA) 50.00 mg **
Sesame Seed Oil 25.00 mg **
Vitamin E 6.70 mg **
First, you cannot target specific areas for fat burn, your body stores fat in specific places based off sex/genetic predisposition etc. You can only reduce your overall bodyfat % by putting in less calories than you burn on a daily basis. While these are all nice oils to have in your diet, they will really do absolutely nothing.0 -

Ultimately, most diet or fat burning bills/supplements are snake oil. They have ingredients sometimes that can LEAD to reliable fat loss, but this can basically be accomplished by adding these items into your diet.
Primary ingredient in most tends to be caffeine...which yes ups your heart rate a bit but most importantly is a natural appetite suppressent. You eat less, you take in less calories, you lose weight. Green tea, yerba mate etc, all forms of herbal tea, all have caffeine (drinking actual mate is good for your digestion and general health though).
Various plant and bean extracts are put in there as supposed "carb/sugar blocks", but those items tend to just be sourced from food items that are good sources of complex carbs anyway; they won't make you magically burn fat off your labia.
You'll see Yohimbine pop up, which CAN actually help in lypolisis; however it only works in some cases and only if there is little to no insulin present in you; eg you generally have to take it on a fast. Even then, the recommended dose is generally too low, and the proper dose can cause a slew of other health issues. Also, it makes you want to *kitten* everything.0 -
Thank you for the information, i'll be taking them back tomorrow. Thanks guys0

If you really want to feel like you are taking something that will have an affect on your energy/weight loss.
Black coffee or green tea, no sugar in either and a half a grapefruit.
Cheap, clean energy.
Then go do some squats.0 -
That definitely sounds way better.. usually my breakfast is egg whites with one slice of ham with one whole wheat toast.0

Meh, egg whites.
An egg yoke won't kill you, and is actually pretty filling and nutritious.
Change up what you have, see what fits.
Feel free to browse my diary for food ideas (though this week will look psychotic, I'm out to prove that starvation mode is silly)
My breakfast of choice tends to be either a pretty hefty smoothie, or two slices of bread from a recipe my mom makes, peanut or almond butter, sprinkle some oats, raw honey, and cinnamon on top.0 -

I'm a slut for grapefruit though, tons of vitamin c, fiber, fruit sugar etc aka good energy.0 -
