I am currently running as my main form of exercise, with strength training 2x per week. My goal is to complete a half marathon in September (I am a fairly novice runner). Right now my food diary is set at the following: 55% carbs; 25% protein; 20% fat. Can anyone let me know if this seems correct, given that I am currently training for an endurance sport? Thanks so much for any insights, I'm lost!
