Trouble Areas! Help?

Hello! I am halfway to my goal weight, and I'm having some trouble zones. As everyone does.
My legs are getting smaller, and more tone...The problem is my upper inner thighs. They're almost getting to look like extra skin, and I am afraid if I don't find ways to target that area it will end up being extra skin.
Also I have a bigger lower stomach and it def. hasn't lost many inches like the rest of my body.
I'm just asking for ides. If anyone else has this problem, what are you doing about it? Also is there videos, or certain workouts or certain things you eat in your diet that help? Thank you everyone!
