Having homemade chili today. I chose something on my food diary that i thought was close but not sure if right choice.
in our chili we have lean beef, beans, tomatoes, onions, celery, and green pepper..
What do you guys think did i chose close or should i re-pick?

I think you should go to the "Food" tab then click "Recipes." You can enter any homemade recipe into your own private database so you will have exact calorie numbers for anything you make.0

Just count the calories. that is how i make our chili
I also make my own seasoning rather than the bagged kind.
