    Hey!!

I just started the Slim in 6 program this morning, with the Start it Up & Slim & Limber.

    I am definitely IN :)

Perfect, ive found it hard to find other members who are doing the slim in 6 program as well.

How often are you doing each dvd?
(slim in limber, slim in 6 pack and then the actual workout dvd)

I'm planning on doing the Start it Up & Limber for the first week, then Ramp it Up for 2 (or 3) weeks, and finally Burn it Up for 2 (or 1, depending how long I do Ramp it Up) weeks.

I don't know when I'm going to be doing the Limber & 6-Pack ones, but at least they're only 15 minutes each (I think). So, I'll just add them on to a couple of the workouts, at least 4 times a week (combined), when I have the time.

    What are you planning??

ALSO! I just checked out your profile and looove that you have weight loss gifts for yourself.
Great idea that I will be stealing now, thanks!

    my break down is :

slim and limber and slim and 6 pack 7x week in the mornings as a mini morning workout

start it up for 6 days

ramp it up for 14 days

burn it up for 22 days

Im planning on doing the workouts 7x a week and then once i complete the first two weeks then ill also be adding in my deep water workout classes which are 4x a week.
