Good morning. I am starting a fresh fruit diet/cleanse today. Any advise or counsel? I have read alot about the benefits of such a 'cleanse' and am looking forward to seeing it work in my behalf.

I remember when I was young my grandmother would do this once a month. She always, always had such beautiful skin and I don't ever really remember her getting sick.

I started the day off with a small banana, one small kiwi and1/2 cup black berries. Can you say, "delicious?"

    I have heard a lot of pros and cons for cleanses so I am not sure what to believe. But as long as you stay in good spirits, enjoy the experience, and I hope you get some benefit from it. Sometimes it can be satisfying just to know you have the willpower to overcome your cravings and learn to know when you are truly hungry. good luck!!
