I know this is not a big change if you can even tell but i have been working hard, only 3 weeks into my workouts.
any suggestions?

I completely agree! You may not see it on the scale but I believe they call this a NSV! I mean you mid section is completely different from both the front of the side view. Don't give up and give yourself 5+ months for it to completely work. Also you said you were exercising well muscle weights more then fat and it looks as if you toned up a bit so you could have easily lost the weight you were suppose to yet gained it back in muscle at the same time. Don't worry you will get there if you are eating what you should be0

Be proud of your progress so far - but know it takes time to see big changes. You'll get there - don't get frustrated because you're changing your body and your life, and slowly is the best way to do it!0

Oh yeah there's a difference your tummy is much slimmer, keep up the good work. I know for me I don't see the results like I wish I did, but my husband says he can really see the changes. Your doing great don't give up!0
