Help! I'm a night owl.

After I put the kids to bed, and finish all the home duties, my relaxation time is late at night, when everyone's in bed and the house is quiet. I log onto forums, read etc.

But this is causing a problem. I'm hungry late at night because I'm still up.

I get up late in the mornings and feel like crap.

I don't exercise first thing, which would be much better for my day, organisation wise.

I can't seem to stop this habit. At the moment we are living with my folks, since we are in between houses, and if they see me on the computer during the day I know they think I'm being useless and lazy !! Its currently 1:43am and I'm still up, although sitting in bed. Sigh.
