Substitution!!

:happy: Ive decided to substitute my usual sides like fries, mashed potatoes,rice, etc with fresh veggies. I believe that small changes like that will help make drastic weight changes for me.

Also snacks will be fruit. not the usual bag of chips or chocolate.

no more bottles of wine weekly(yes i love my wine)

Im trying to improve myself on the inside & outside.

Hopefully some of these ideas inspire you.

    Little things can really help you lose!

    We have switched to almond milk too which helps cut down on fat and calories!
