I have been trying to add more protein to my diet with healthy foods. I discovered that you can make pancakes with 1 scoop protein powder, and egg white and a little water. They are FANTASTIC!! I used Myofsion Probiotic Vanilla flavor for the powder and it was a little sweeter than regular pancakes, but add some spices and I can only imagine all the possibilities.
I just wanted to share for any of you that are looking for more protein with good tasting foods

Might try making some protein pancakes tomorrow then :D

Would be nice to use my protein powder in something different other than milk or greek yoghurt...

Try this recipie (no need for fake powder)

    1 Medium Banana
    1/4c Steel Cut Oats
    3 Egg Whites
    1 Whole Egg
    1sp Molasses
    Cinnamon to taste (1-2 tsp)

Grind the oats in a blender. Combine with the eggs, banana, cinnamon, molasses. Use a non-stick omlet pan to cook them.

The whole batch: 398 Calories 23g protein

That sounds good, but why is protein powder fake?
