So my good friend Ilonkis introduce me to this and it seems simpe enough. I just need to play with it a bit to understand all the parts of it, but so far i like what I see. I am 5'4" and 192.5 pounds. I think that's just too much for me. I never had time to exercise because of work and overtime i put in. Now i don't have the overtime and have NO EXCUSE not to exercise. I am starting with this and have a new collection that my better half bought of Zumba, is time to get it going. My goal is to reach 155lbs so hopefully i can make it by next year. It said is better to lose 1 pound per week, i'm ok with that.
Good luck to all the new people here and to those who have been before me and still trying to reach their goals.
David.
