Workout DVDs without cardio?

I was doing Insanity, and was 3 weeks in and loving it, but I've had to give it up because I hurt both of my feet (I'm thinking stress fractures). I had just gotten back into the habit of exercising and I don't want to give it up! Does anyone know of any workout dvds without cardio, that focus entirely on strength training? I'd prefer something that doesn't require weights but I know that's not likely. Any suggestions?

Most strength training workouts can be done without weights or with bands as modifications. Now, does the state of your feet mean you can't do say, stuff like squats and lunges? Those definitely bring the heart rate up, but there is no jumping around involved. Also look into pilates, which uses minimal weights, if any.

ETA: I have really bad feet and cannot do anything high impact. Bob Harper's workouts (Pure Burn Super Strength, Totally Ripped Core, Bob's workout and Total Body Transformation) are all workouts I can do, sometimes with modifiers (I just omit the jumps, for instance).

I can do squats and lunges and all that, just not anything that requires me to flex my feet, like running or jumping. I took a Pilates class once and found that I found ways to cheat and didn't really get anything out of it. But, that was a long time ago, so maybe I will give that another shot

Have you heard of Body Pump class? There is apparently a DVD version of it now. It's all strength training, I think it is called Les Mills Pump. It's pricey but comes with the weights you need.

I found some workouts on befits' Youtube channel, search "Buns of Envy" or "Abs of Envy". They use light weights but no cardio. I love them! I know, cheesy name but hard workout!

Go to www.collagevideo.com or www.totalfitnessdvds.com and search for the type of workout you're looking for.

I did No More Trouble Zones once or twice but couldn't remember if there was a lot of cardio or not. Do you think I could manage it?

Both Jari Love (her "Slim & Lean" is a good place to start) and Jackie Warner have strength only DVDs. There's also one by Lynn Hahn called "Get Real Fit: Advanced Strength Training" that may have a warm up (I can't recall) but is otherwise all strength. (Lynn Hahn's DVD is an "indie" release and the video quality is fair but not high-end.) I also like Trainer's Edge "Integrated Strength Training." Again, it may have a warm up but is mostly strength training using compound moves.

Jillian's No More Trouble Zones is a good one! I don't remember there being any cardio in that at all.

Also, the Les Mills PUMP DVD series is awesome. It is pricey, but you do get your weight set with the system and it is extremely effective!. Let me know if you have any questions about it!

I'm doing Chalene Extreme and I love it. There are a few cardio segments, but if you skip those it's mostly straight up strength training. She shows an alternative version with resistance bands for each exercise.

    Hello!
Here are two that I really would recommend....
Chalean Extreme (Burn Fat, Boost Your Metabolism & Get Lean) Not high impact but weight lifting that is great.
Exhale: Core Fusion - Body Sculpt (muscle toning, organized as interval training)
Wishing you a speedy full recovery :)

Thank you all so much for your suggestions! Just knowing that I have options has re-motivated me to stop complaining about not being able to do Insanity and get back to working out! I'll be getting a few dvds now and a few others when I go home to my parents' since I know they have hand weights I can use. Thanks again!!
