75th. birthday

I was given a great 75th. birthday celebration by my wife. The party on Saturday ran into Sunday. I am not sorry to admit that I did not, did not stick to the plan. I gained five pounds and enjoyed each one. I do not recommend this but it sure was fun!

    Birthday celebrations are always worth it! 75 years and wanting to be healthy and fit is also an accomplishment, so if who cares if you messed up one weekend :)
