About 5 weeks ago, I got a stress fracture in my left 5th metatarsal while running.
I had been hoping to start P90X once I'm healed up and out of the cam boot. Do you think this is a bad idea? Since I've never done it, I haven't a clue how high impact it is, or whether it would be risky for reinjury too soon after healing. I am currently doing the recumbent bike and as doing weights, since the boot allows me to walk and apply weight normally. Thoughts? Every time I ask my doctor, he just says "use your head." well, I don't have enough information about the program to do that, so I'm asking you all! Thanks!!!
