So, I'm watching the cooking show "Cook Yourself Thin."

Everything they cook looks so amazing. Has anyone ever tried any of the recipes? How do they taste. The meals and snacks seem as if they'd taste amazing. They have so much color!

I'm not a big cooker, but I'm working on cooking again. Has anyone bought the cookbook? I think I'm going to purchase it.
