1 Mile time went from 12 min to 10.5 min. 3 miles = 31.5 Such a tiny victory but still so happy.

Working on getting back to 8.5 min where I was before November surgery (though I still only run 30 min).

NOT a tiny victory, I couldn't run a mile right now. I'm terribly out of shape.

That's a huge victory! Congrats and good luck 8.5 min (which I am sure you can acheive)!

NSV!!!!! That's awesome....think about it....you cut 3.5 minutes off your 3M. That's huge!! You have to pat yourself on the back!!

    great job!

If you are running three miles in thirty-one-and-a-half-minutes, you can definitely run a single mile in under nine-and-a-half. It's a completely different game when you don't need to conserve so much energy.

Thank you all. I felt like dancing a jig at first, then I felt sort of silly for getting excited over it. I mean my 13 yo runs a 5.5 minute mile, faster on his good days...
