    This is not healthy. it seems to be high carb, low protein, which doesn't seem to be a good way to go. IMO.

    if you are at a plateau, you are probably feeling like you'll try anything to make a difference. i say go for it. so what if it's only for a couple of weeks? if it helps you move the scale in the right direction, that will get you motivated and you can kick the fad diet to the curb because it's done it's job. just remember to make good choices and i bet you'll be successful! good luck...
