Okay, so I have been on here for a couple months. I am def not perfect with my food or exercising, but I am not out of control either. I went from 125 (my body's happy weight) down to 117 slowly over the course of a few months. This weekend I went camping and had a "free" weekend, which for me does NOT consist of pigging out. It just means I had a white bun with my burger, had some beers, and a special treat (cookies) or 2. I gained 4 pounds and not the 4 pounds that came of the next morning kind of weight. This is a repetitive cycle for me and it doesn't seem like it should be possible. How does it take 3 months to lose 8 pounds and 2 days to gain 4? I have had a few friends say that because my body is at a healthy weight, but I am only 5'1-2", and my body fat % is high acc. to formulas....Help!!!

You are probably correct, your body is at a healthy weight and you look fantastic. Maybe its time to quit monitoring the scale and focus on body fat %, you may weight more than you want but you will be slimmer and more toned.0

Look at it this way, the 4lbs are only water, unless you ate (4x3500 calories above your maintenance calories). Say your maintenance is 1500 calories, you would have had to consume 17,000 calories over the weekend. It is most likely you are just holding water.
Look at what you might make you hold water. Processed foods (high levels of sodium)? Anyway don't sweat it.0
