I've fallen off the bandwagon...I haven't exercised in three weeks and I am kinda watching what I eat. I basically quit exercising once I started working cause I'm on my feet all day long so the last thing I wanna do is continue to be on my feet. HELP!

Try to incorporate small excercises a day like 10 mins here and their..Walk on your lunch break. Try to atleast get 30 mins a day. I know how you feel my job is very physical demanding, So you have to just push yourself and try some protein shakes or bar. Lift weights to boost your metabolism, Oh boy trust me it brings your energy level up

Great advice! Plus if you just can't bring yourself to work out at all, than keep your calories in check. Try keeping a pedomoter on you and take the stairs, or park further away. If you see how much your walking and how many calories you've burning, you might feel motivated to do a little more. Do you have friends where you work? Maybe you can get a walking group together so you don't have to work out alone?

First read your own profile to remind yourself why you are doing this. Then put on some loud music and do some strength training.

Oh, I've been there - not so long ago actually. I was off the wagon from December til about 2 weeks ago. The few days back on were really hard for me, but I find my body has really gotten right back into the groove of exercising and eating healthier, and I feel so much better. My advice is to take it slow, and do what feels comfortable until you're at full speed again. Good Luck :flowerforyou:

I know what you are talking about being on your feet all day. I am on my feet all day plus my job is very demanding physically also. After work I was way to tired to go and excercise. My hubby suggested that I go before work. I get to the gym by 3:30 A.m and work out for 1hr 15 minutes get my shower at the gym and to work by 5:45 A.m and I have enough time to get in some post workout protein. I have found out that i actually have much more energy if I work out before I go to work that I have energy to last all day long. Since I have been excercising before I go to work I have noticed that my feet and legs ect.. isn't as tired or worn out like they were when I was trying to excercise after work.
