the section of the bottom of the Food Diary that tells you "if every day were like today, here's how much you would weigh in 5 weeks." It feels so good to know that if I stick to my plan, in just 5 short weeks I could be 10 pounds lighter! That's almost halfway to my goal. That little sentence really keeps me motivated to stay on track!
