I have started working out 6 days per week, at least 30 minutes each time. When I set up the MFP calorie calculations I had my activity level set at sedentary because I don't work and spent a good portion of my day on the couch. So now that I'm more active, should I change my activity level to "active" or just leave it where it is?

That's more of a personal choice. If you think that changing your activity would be good then go for it. If you miss a day of exercise or cut down on your exercise you may want to eat less on those days since you will have the defect set to have that added to your daily intake allowance.0

Thanks for the input! I didn't think about that part.0
