    Good for you! you look awesome, you can really see the weight loss in the full mirror picture. Keep it up! One foot in front of the other. YOU WILL GET THERE! That is an incredible accomplishment! Think of how healthy you are now compared to before you started. Every pound is one step closer to your healthy weight!

    So I’ve been at this “changing my lifestyle” thing for almost 7 months now (since October 12, 2011). I’m down 118 pounds (from 389.9lbs to 272 lbs) in that time. I’ve gone from not really fitting into a 4x (size 32 to 34) shirt to ALMOST fitting into a size 2x (size 20). The shirt was tights but I think I look a little better than I did seven months ago. I’ve put a lot of work into the past 7 months and I’m proud of myself!
