Not Eating Enough...

Today I started doing the 30DS , and I use to have no problem eating 1200-1500 calories a day . But before I workout I don't eat , because I don't want to get sick . And after I workout I got sick eating a small 300cal chicken wrap . I haven't eaten anything else today . Except I drank maybe 1/2 a boost shake early this morning . I can't seem to eat , it's hurting my stomach because I'm so full feeling . And I'm not sure what to do , because I hate forcing my self to eat , when I'm not hungry .

I have been feeling the same way. I think it's more mental for me because I am so ready to lose this weight. I just can't eat if I am not hungry, though. So, I have tried adding more skim milk to get some extra calories in.

Yeah I been eating a lot of organic low fat , and low carb foods . So I get very dizzy when I was working out today . And I ate exactly after I worked out , because I didn't want anything to happen . But I became sick because I ate right after , I ate as slow as I could though . I drink maybe 4 bottles of water a day now . I use to drink NO water , and only drink one cup of milk a day ... So it's helping .

I usually work out first thing in the morning. And I can't eat until at least an hour after I workout. I started drinking lots more water, so I feel full I guess. I usually never have a problem eating. lol this is new for me. I am sure I will want to eat everything in sight when that time of the month comes.

I think it is perfectly legitimate to eat light for a period of days if that is what your body demands...I mean if you are getting sick, that is a big signal. I spent the first 7days eating 1000calories or less, just because I wasn't hungry. I think my digestive system wanted a break (I had been experiencing constipation--excuse me for saying). So on those days I actually felt better skipping some calories. Now I am eating in my range. Hope you feel better soon! :)MinMin

Yeah this is very new to me , I've never been fit before or lost weight like this . Hopefully within a week my body is use to the normal routine , and I can eat normal again .
