I am going to try my first green smoothie in the morning. My question is how much of each ingredient do i use??
I'm using

Pineapple chunks (cheaper than the real stuff so i'll get the can in the juice and drain it)
Kiwis
Baby Spinach
Fat free plain yogurt

I have NO idea how much of each ingredient to use?? Any suggestions for additions are welcome :)

How much ever you want. :)

I buy big bags of spinach and freeze it. I use a single serve blender so I just fill almost the whole cup with spinach then add the liquid and blend that so the spinach allows room for other stuff then I just throw in how much of whatever I want. Add more for taste if I want but I honestly never measure. Ever. lol

Good to know :) Thanks! I was just worried I would jack up the consistency or have it tasting gross.

The consistency and taste is all a personal preference so it's just a trial and error to get it to the way you like it.

Smoothies are so much fun to make. Just throw in anything that sounds good! The more you add the bigger your smoothie but that's obvious ;)
