I'm stumped on this one. I retain water just by looking at a salt shaker and omitt it from everything, even when baking. I just passed my first goal of 10 lbs and now I want to start watching the sodium more than I have been.
So, how much should a "normal" person be consuming in sodium per day? How much is too much?

2300 mg unless you are in a high risk group then 1500 mg max per day.
