Im looking for high protein and low carb food options. I eat protein every 3 hours and snack on low glycemic fruit and veggies in between. I have been steadily losing weight and have been seeing positive changes in my body and sleep habits. But now I wanna mix up the 3 hour meal times with some new ideas :happy:
