Starting Over - Another Day to Eat & Exercise Wisely

Hello I'm new here and so far find this website seems to be just the kick start I need to get me to the weight I desire. If I am too busy typing, tracking and posting I won't have time to shove fatty foods into my round Latina face. And if there is one thing I know is that food loves me, I mean really loves me, my hips, my thighs, my belly...well you get the picture.:blushing:
Yesterday was my actual first day and I blew it big time. I didn't realize how much food I had consumed until I started writing it down in my food diary. I was ashamed, angry and upset with myself. So today I am starting over with my new clean slate and will move forward. I hope to make some new friends here, get their ideas, read their posts and see what we have in common and go from there. Okay it's walking time for me, now where did I put my IPod? :bigsmile:

now you know, keep entering your foods and it will help push you to not eat like WE do. Good luck

Yes I got the picture... After my B-day ... I started this program the day after... I find this program both interesting and fun... Love to see my ticker moving.... At first was just tracking the Calorie intake and Walking.. then i Broke my foot and was off it for 5 Weeks.. just my luck... try to get healthy and get hurt haha... but foot is healed, ankle is still tender but not giving up... Joined Cardio Kickboxing... WOW!!!! love it .. ticker will be moving quick now haha..Good Luck.. Have Fun and remember.. you are NOT on a Diet.. YOU ARE MAKING A LIFESTYLE CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!0 -
