Hi my name is Cecilla and I currently weigh 221 pounds I am wanting to get down to about 145. I weight 145 before I started having kids and would like to get back to it. Also I just live a healthier lifestyle and be a better example for my children any tips or help would be appreciated. I will show said thanks by being encouraging and help to in anyway that I can.
