what is next

I do 1hr day on the treadmill at 4.0 speed. Occasionally I work on incline of 2
I've hesitated to try running because of past knee issues but they seem to be fine so far. So what is next?

    walking on an incline of 15% at 3.0mph burns as many calories as running at 6.0 -- do not hold on to treadmill - not holding on engages your core and makes you burn more.

    do you strength train? do stair climber? do elliptical? bike? Gotta change it up!! Muscle confusion is key!!
