Excited to get started and do some serious clothes shopping! Any suggestions? Meal tips?

*drink lots of water -- minimum 10 cups a day.
* eat high fiber - tons of veggies/beans/lentils
*eat high protein
* eat at least 30g of protein for breakfast - and eat breakfast w/in 1 hour of getting up! EVERYDAY!
*don't eat starchy carbs after 3-4pm.
* Stick with it. Even if you don't wnat to work out - just do it anyways. you'll be glad you did later.
*push yourself, but also listen to your body.
* take one rest day a week
*your brain says you can't long before your body fails - so again, push yourself
* strength train at least 2-3 days a week. do cardio 5-6 days a week.0 -
Vercell I just joined today.. I have been up in down with my weight, just last year I was at my goal weight of 150, know am up 45 lbs since just last year. My goal this time is to make it a life style change and not a fast fix and just enjoy everydays journey no matter what the scales says long as I exercise and eat a healthy diet. Any advice and pointers will be great thanks.:flowerforyou:0
