Does any body have any helpful hints to help loose the weight ?

Consistency, patience, faith, determination to name a few.0

Make sure to drink enough water. Exercise is helpful (but not necessary to lose weight). Don't take everything "bad" for you out at once. Remember moderation when eating. Stay positive. Take measurements and pictures, so when the scale won't budge you can still see a difference and not give up.0
