Okay guys! So No-Scale March has been a success and I haven't really come up with anything for April... so since the month just started:

Let's do the HOUR GLASS CHALLENGE!!
WHAT: DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER (NO COLOUR, NO TASTE, NO CALORIES) PER DAY EACH DAY!
HOW: with your mouth silly :)
WHY: because water does AMAZING things for your body. It's cheap, virtually free, healthy, makes your skin look GLOWING for summer time and great for flushing out toxins in your body.. and ouuu it can even fasten your metabolism ;)..and prevents you from making the mistake of snacking rather than quenching your thirst :D
