I stole this from pinterest but this is a super idea for anyone who has trouble drinking their water during the day.

    This is a great idea!
    I have a 16 oz cup at my office that I make sure I fill every hour - I even make out a checklist every day. I know, I know...
    This seems like a better idea - will have to try (and add lemon juice, of course!).

    I have a Nalgene bottle and a Camelbak bottle that are both marked at each cup. Sitting in class for 3 hours, I used to make sure that I drank at least one cup per hour.. It worked well but by the time I got home, I really had to go cause I'd usually down 32oz in less than 2 hours :p

    The Nalgene just has a screw off top and the Camelbak has a straw. Both were awesome investments!

    I don't know how to make it smaller! Sorry!
