    Morning if you're using a tape measure.

    Any time you are fully hydrated if you're using electrical impedence for bodyfat % (not first thing in the morning and not right after a workout)

    Most important is being consistent every time you take the measurements- if you do it at night, always do it at night so you can see improvements.

    I feel for me that morning is when I feel more comfortable with doing my measurements with tape measure
