Are eating nuts good? If so, "What are some good nuts to eat"?

Of course! Nuts are fantastic for you, but as with all food "everything in moderation, including moderation"
Nuts have healthy fats, protein, fiber, iron, and lower your BP, risk of heart disease etc. Even studies have found that those who eat a same calorie diet, but one diet has nuts included, the one with nuts has lost more weight and belly fat.
However, because nuts are high in calories it is best to stick to a normal serving which is about an ounce or the palm of your hand.
Some lower calorie nuts include almonds (well they are actually a fruit but whatver :P), pistachios, walnuts, pecans etc.
Look for ones that are all natural, unsalted, without oil, sugar etc.
Hope that helps!0 -
I eat an ounce of almonds most days. I like them for breakfast along with my morning coffee if I'm going to run in the morning... they're enough calories without taking up much space in my stomach to make me feel nasty when I'm running.0
