    I have been up 10 minutes, and I have to take Prilosec daily or something as simple as a glass of milk with make my reflux flare up. So nothing yet this morning. The last thing I ate last night was a bowl of fresh, sliced strawberries with a packet of Splenda sprinkled on them and a fat free fudgecicle as my bedtime snack.

    Left over homemade veg curry on a single slice of wholemeal toast. Tasty, but I could have done with making it a bit warmer, still the kids liked it!
