anyone know what these are called?

you lie on your back sort of like you were going to do sit ups but you sort of raise your knees up towrads your head with your legs crossed. then you just lift from your lower abs till your bum comes off the floor and then back down.
any suggestions lower ab crunches i don;t know there are funny names for everything lol.

and i need to check im doing the ab crunches right
i just lie with hands behind my head (not touching) and lift my shoulder s off till my stomach is fully tensed i do;t move much but it feels like ive done something. the only reason i ask is that i did 80 in a row today which i am pleased about but if they're not right then i guess they are not good.

what can i do for my love handles. i have 12 pounds to my goal and i feel great so far just want to tighten the sides too. i tried one that was like a crunch twist but felt stupid doing it i guess i will watch the a youtube or something lol.

plus im bored at work here. got till 11.30pm to work till and its 10pm now but so so bored. nothing happens for the last hour of work makes it so boring what are you up to?
