Carrot sticks with hummus, salsa, or tabbouleh. The grocery store I go to, Publix, has waffle-cut carrots, so you can dip them like chips. Love it. Another favorite is plain, fat free Greek yogurt (6 oz= 100 cals, but I usually eat about 4 oz) with fresh berries-- strawberries are 27 cals for 1/2 cup sliced. Raspberries and blackberries are so tasty too.0
