Second plateau...help!

I've reached a second plateau and I'm not sure how to break out of it. When I reached my first one I added 200 calories per day and I lost fast. I'm still eating the extra 200 calories each day but I'm standing still. Suggestions?

Mix up your workout routine maybe, your body gets used to the usual stuff.0

Sometimes what appears to be a plateau is a slowing of the rate of weight loss that is normal and healthy. As you get closer to a healthy weight, you will lose weight slower. Even 1/2 of a pound per week is still a decent rate of weight loss over the long term as your body settles into a healthy weight.0
