What's wrong with boiled bones? That's how I make stock. That's also where you get gelatin.0

It hasn't stopped me eating junk food - I'll always have some junk food in my 'diet'. I do love the programme though :-))0

this is my fave show of all time! hahhha yeah the haribo thing was gross but i still cant stop eating jelly and that made from the same stuff! :P0

The program is totally a guilty pleasure for me, I love it!
Haribo has gelatin in it, as do many gummy sweets, this is what makes them gummy. Unfortunately (for vegetarians), gelatin is in most gummy products and is even in some hard candy, mints, and even yogurt!0 -
I love that show! It's so amazing to see how little green stuff there is in either the supersize and superskinny food tubes! And the people who live on caffeine and can't figure out why theyre super tiny. Honestly!0

Is it wrong that that show just makes me hungry?
I love it though! I am fascinated by what other people eat and what it does to their bodies.0 -
not really but since being on MFP i've paid more attention to the calorie content of stuff like that. You know a whole bag of haribo can be a minimum of 800 calories! I used to eat a whole bag every friday as treat! I much prefer to have a small portion now knowing it's not most of my days worth of calories.0

i will no longer really eat hotdogs after seeing "How it's Made"
I wish they would show all the disgusting things that go into making most "bad" foods - It sure would help me not eat it anymore! lol0 -
I love this show and it reminds me why its important for me to take my vitamins!0

I love that programme but it's 'trigger TV' for me and makes me want to binge. Not cool.0
