Hey guys,

I was wondering what yoga DVDs are on the market right now. What ones do you use? I've never done yoga before, but I'm moving house next week and I'll have more room and time to do what I want. I can't wait to get started.

Despite a lot of neg reviews from others, i also LOVE the p90X yoga.

Another option are podcasts. I like Tara Stiles "Yoga and other useful stuff". It's free, the routines are short and can be strung together for a longer workout. (Her morning 15 min practice is one of my favorites.)

Also, try hulu.com. There are plenty of free tv shows with yoga routines. This will save you from having to buy a DVD at the out and get you introduced to yoga.

One more tip, I'd recommend finding a class at your local Y or a studio and go take a couple with an instructor. Some yoga poses are difficult to know what they are supposed to feel like until you have a teacher give you individualized corrections. I didn't do warrior right for the first year I practiced yoga.....oops!

There are plenty of free podcasts. Yoga Journal has a bunch.

Really it depends what you are looking for in a yoga video. Do you want to work out? Do you want to relax?

It is best if you can go to a class a couple times a month as well.
