So after years of fad diets, extreme excercise or no exercise and binge eating i have certainly battled with my weight. I have been a size 10, 12, 14 and a 16 so very very up and down and just can't seem to maintain a healthy weight because of my yo yo fads.
I have always wanted to join something like weight watchers but being a non-driver and my local weight watchers meeting being far away from work a few bus journeys it didn't bother - same as the gym, there was nothing near to where i lived that was in a good walking distance - it sounds lazy of me but i struggle with motivation and if it's going to take alot of time out of my day i have never bothered.
BUT there is a god! i have a joined a new gym that has opened to me which is a 10 minute walk (more exercie which is good!) and i came across this website on my iphone (the app is so easy to use and so helpful)
I feel by using this website i am in control of what i am eating and how much excercise i am doing rather than just guessing or assuming how many calories i have consumed.
I am having alot of self confidence issues at the moment, mentally and phyiscally and i do not feel great, I am 11 stone and 5"6 and most of my weight is on my tummy, it's a really flabby stomach and i've had it all my life and would ideally love to get down to 9 and a half stone by July and i don't wish for a wash board stomach, just a nice stomach - so I have three months to loose a stone a half - i have read so many blogs/topics and seen how of you have lost so much weight and I just need that kick to help me do it. I need to learn to control my cravings and after a long day at the office just drag myself to the gym rather than sitting at home doing nothing!
If anyone lacks motivation like i do then any support would be much appreciated. and any advice on losing stomach fat and what foods are good to eat and what not - i pretty much have a jacket potato, cheese, beans and salad for dinner most nights, it's easy and tasty and as far as i'm concerend good for me, but then again, i'm not completely sure it is?
I have a calorie intake of 1200 a day which i should lose 1.5lbs a week.
Thanks for reading
