I'm sorry I'm new to this and don't know alot of these abbreviations and what they mean. Please help!

    The other ones you will see a lot are

    TDEE - Total Daily Energy Expenditure
    BMR - Basal Metabolic Rate
    RMR - Resting Metabolic Rate
    VLCD - Very Low Calorie Diet
