G'day :)
I'm 18, from Melbourne, Aus.
I lift 3-4 days a week, walk 5km almost every day and eat around 3,200-3,500 calories.

Aiming to continue bulking for around 6 months until September/October, after which I'll begin a cut for the summer. Hopefully get upto around 85kg and cut down to about 9-10% BF.

I'll support you, look at your diary and tell you my honest opinion.

    hello, i am from the united states i have not done any muscle bulk however i am in a weight loss period of my life once that is completed i would like to start gaining long lean muscle and i could always use an honest opinion and i would be more than happy to help you on your way to being sucessful in your fitness quest as well. i am only eating 1250 calories a day but i like to eat alot of high protein items.
