Accuracy of database entries

Hi there. I'm fairly new to the site and finding it really good in general. I recently changed some settings on my food diary so i can track my sodium. This has made me realise that many of the items I have been using have inaccurate sodium or just have not recorded it at all. This is frustrating when I am trying to keep track of the amount of sodium I'm eating in a day. I am in the UK and I think this might be part of the problem as there don't seem to be as many UK users, so therefore not as many accurate uk database entries. Any thoughts?
