Cheat Day

Hey guys! i'm new here on MFP, and I was wondering if any of you have cheat days? & If you do, do you still record it in your diary?

    Hey Clare -
    I am doing calorie cycling(just starting out), where I start the week at 1000(ish) calories and end up the week between
    1800 and 2000. I am reading that it keeps the body guessing and hopefully the pounds rolling off.
    I think about anything I would want I can fit into my eating plan on 2000 calories a day.
    (Including ice cream, mcdonalds, pretty near anything I want as long as I watch my calories at my other meals)

    This could maybe be called a cheat day, but at the end of the week it should all even out an
    still result in weight loss.

    Have you considered trying it? Instead of a full out blow the diet day?
