I started a new way of eating 3 weeks ago when I joined this site. So far I have lost 7lb, which was 5lb the first week (water mainly) and 1lb for each of the following weeks. I have been reading all the information re eating back the calories used in working out, and although I am not able to do much exercise due to a disability, I have been spending 20-30 mins throughout the day on my Wii machine.
Right so the question is that if sitting, lying, standing is worth 1 calorie per minute, therefore I need at least 1440 cals a day ( 60 mins x 24 hours), actually my BMR is 1521......if I do an exercise which is worth say 5 cals a minute shouldn't the cals i be eating back be 4 calories and not 5?

Does that make sense to anyone else? or am I just not seeing it right

so you are saying that you want to subtract your BMR calories out of the equation? I think you are over-thinking this. I would not worry about the minutia of one calorie per minute difference. Look at the BIG picture. You already have your BMR figured out. Now figure out how many calories you burn over the course of a day generally - your TDEE. If you are trying to lose weight just make sure that you eat somewhere between your BMR and about 20% below your TDEE. That will put you in a deficit and you will lose weight.
