Should I work out when I am so sore I can barely walk?

I did 60 minute yesterday of just legs (lifting, squats, etc). I worked with a trainer and she about kills me (in a good way). I am wondering if I should go and just do cardio or take a rest day? What do you all think??

Cardio. Once you've started a bit of it, you won't feel as sore anyway.

If it's a walk or light cardio, it will help to loosen you up and keep you from being too stiff.

Let your muscles heal for a day. Cardio can be done every day.

I always hit cardio after leg day, it really helps me loosen up. (Even if it does take ten mins to make it up the stairs to the gym! )

Cardio should do the trick. I find it losens me up quite a bit. And then I am not as sore the next day!!! Give it a try even a walk will do you some good!!!

I can only speak for myself...When I am sore the best thing for me to do is workout....It's strange but the pain does go away...
