I decided that I was getting overly obsessed with the whole counting calories and excercise in my log. I thought I would take 2 weeks off to see how I would manage on my own. I lost 4.5 pounds in those two weeks....more then I have the entire time i've been logging...weird.

sorry to hear that! :frown: I think I was getting obsessed with the numbers, sticking everyday to the same calorie number and maybe it was hindering me, I dunno, but I was like "huh?" :noway: maybe i've figured out how to nourish my body and have my portions under control...I have no idea, but it was nice to know that I could do it.0 -
Same here...if I don't keep track of cals I won't be able to control my eating
BUT, good news.....maybe it's what YOUR body needed
